Shared calendar idea

@kinlane here is an initial idea to have a shared google calendar which can contain all public meetings of note across the listed specifications / projects.

Google calendar seems like the logical choice and reduces the need for a paid subscription to another service which would allow combining multiple calendars.

Some notes:

• I set up a google account apispectoolbox@gmail.com and will share the details with you
• I added the .ics for the JSON Schema office hours to the calendar
• I subscribed to the public AsyncAPI calendar so that it's synced with this calendar (also allows filtering for visitors)

If you like this approach then I would see the next steps as:

• Create a calendar for OpenAPI events which we subscribe to (or add explicitly to this calendar)
• Create a calendar for JSONSchema or grant Ben access to this calendar
• I'll add some varying calendar sizes for responsive break points

We can get funkier and leverage the calendar APIs and GitHub Actions if that suits Mike better than committing to calendar ;-)
