FYI: I have released https://www.npmjs.com/package/@api3/data-feed-proxy-combinators because I needed some version to be released to be able to create the NPM_TOKEN secret.

The docs here were outdated, so I decided to copy the configuration from commons repo. I am not sure if the GH name and email are required and want to test it out, hence why they are commented out.
