This PR updates the API documentation to reflect that tagged builds can now be modified manually via the public API.

Me to, but didn't want to include the change in this PR to make it cleaner 😄.
It was automatically formatted by prettier, so maybe after we will deploy a prettier in our repositories?
Or should I format all the tables in docs like this in separate PR?

Up to you 😄 I'd ask the docs team maybe?

Also, I'd say you don't need that many reviewers? I think just one additional person from the docs team is enough.
