Right now when I want to installed it I get the following error

Bundler could not find compatible versions for gem "slim":
  In Gemfile:
skim (>= 0) ruby depends on
      slim (~> 1.1.0) ruby

    slim (2.0.0.pre.6)

See this ticket for progress on upgrading the Slim dependency: #23

Could I raise this issue again as it would be great if skim could support slim version 2.0+.

+1.

I recently upgraded a number of project gems and wanted to upgrade Slim, but I'm stuck. I'm sadly considering migrating to haml-coffee or ECO to avoid the dependency lock. I love skim but am feeling like it's abandon-ware.

Yeah, sorry about that. I don't really have the time or interest to work on slim 2.0 support right now. I would be happy to pass on maintainership to someone who does.

2.0 is now supported thanks to @yury.
