SDK isn't implemented VG, runners, Batch info, Configuration, Region, some Target methods, etc. So I put empty object and functions instead of them for now.

Custom coverage tests for the selenium 3 SDK
Most of the tests failing due to different reasons. SDK doesn't interact with frame properly and have differences with a current baselines.
There is no Visual grid functionality, so tests for them are skipped. Added as a mockup.
