v1.3.34: feat: Display login throttling status in sign-in form

Previously, users received a generic 'invalid credentials' message even when their account was temporarily blocked due to too many failed login attempts. This caused confusion, as users did not know if they were blocked or simply mistyped their password, leading to unnecessary support requests.

This change integrates the authenticator's login throttle status to provide more specific feedback:
- Informing users how many attempts remain before temporary blocking.
- If blocked, indicating the time until they can try again.

This clarifies the situation for the user and reduces the burden on support.
