Introduces an `identifier` column to the request log, allowing requests to be labelled by their outcome (e.g., 'duplicate_order'). This complements the `correlationId` (which links to external records) by providing a category for easier search and analysis beyond URL and status code.

Updates documentation to clarify the use of both `correlationId` and `identifier` and their indexing requirements.
