Fixed About cards on homepage #51

  1. Also turned the background of the About section green to provide some delineation between sections. Changed the text and horizontal ruler to white for contrast.
  2. The fix for the About cards was so that the text didn't go beyond the boundaries of the card on a mobile device.
  3. Updated the card in the News section so it wasn't so big on a big screen and wasn't so tiny on a small screen.
