Songmu/ecschedule has started to distribute Windows binaries from version 0.12.0. (See: Release v0.12.0 · Songmu/ecschedule ) I propose a change to make it possible to install version 0.12.0 or later on Windows, even via aqua.
The changes in this PR are as follows
supported_envsfor v0.12.0 and laterv0.11.4to pkg.yaml so that v0.7.0 through v0.11.4 can be tested.semver(">= 0.3.2")tosupported_envsto explicitly exclude windows support.Check List
