Cluster: curl -L to follow redirects to leader? #14

There might be multiple places in the docs with such a statement. It doesn't seem to be the case anymore that a follower sends a HTTP redirect to the leader (in what versions was this the case?), e.g. to get the current config (can also read parts of the config from follower, at least in latest versions).
