  continuation without manufacturing method-selection approval questions.
• Distinguish initial artifact approval from existing delegation and require
  the current qualified host-owned authority path; no new host support is implied.
• Keep complete authored HTML checkpoint membership across resume and review,
  without adding attended execution pauses to autonomous sprint work.
