I apologize, it seem this should be translated as "ролевые модели". But
unfortunately known to me only two phrases in the official Russian
translation from the movie:
— "Ну да, ролевые модели могут ему очень пригодиться в будущем."
— "Ага, да и ролевые модели могут быть очень полезны для ребенка."
Maybe you know a phrase which I dont know?
