The generic NDK clang binary without --target defaults to the host
platform (macOS) and injects Mach-O flags (-dynamic, -dylib, -arch)
that the ELF ld.lld rejects. Resolve the versioned wrapper
(aarch64-linux-android<api>-clang) which has the correct Android target
baked in and delegates to the NDK's own ld.lld automatically.
