One pinned AgentOps thread now belongs in the existing project. The reusable setup guide and diagram explain how desktop clients share an independent Linux execution host, how the thread retains project instructions and skills, and how to verify the selected environment.

  • Clarifies Local environment, Local checkout, native Linux icon selection and friendly hostnames.
  • Requires proof that an SSH connection reuses the independent host service before relying on client disconnect.
  • Distinguishes explicit skill-file loading from native discovery and disables auto-settlement for the persistent operator thread.
  • Omits the canceled Kanban action and its guide material.

Validation: 8 skills / 0 package errors, 7 passing tests, both changed skills pass quick validation, required CI passes. Separate Opus source review accepted e260833; the merged release tree is identical. Attached evidence retains four text-only rehearsals, the initial reporting failure, corrections and both review verdicts.

This is a method and documentation release. It does not qualify unattended backlog execution, mobile decisions or real application delivery. Host-specific evidence and remaining work stay in the adoption record and issues #2 and #3. Recovery: select v0.1.0 and review source/installed differences while preserving native history and local adaptations.
