Factory 0.1.23 — Notion sources and portable adoption
Factory 0.1.23 brings the portable method and repository into line with the public Notion guide. It reconciles the source work in #85, #92 and #94 through #98.
- Shared Foundation, AgentOps, owner entry and evaluation methods use the Notion authoring edition with complete portable exports. Existing software and defence skill versions are preserved.
- Foundation now has an explicit route for updating existing projects while preserving local adaptations and work in progress.
- The README, technical architecture, source ownership and roadmap distinguish the cross-domain method from selected products and installed behavior.
- The package includes a native Lab issue form, same-checkpoint model-comparison guidance and a clean blue Factory icon.
- The existing flat
allstaging mode and method/host recovery safeguards are retained.
Validation: 9 skills, 16 unit tests, all-set staging with 29 manifest-bound files, Notion core/reference readbacks and an independent Opus 5.5 High review, including repair verification. A separate finite source-method exercise covered three situations.
This release installs nothing. The scoped Lab connection, native Skills API directory export/discovery, actual worker loading and access boundaries, and one real Lab task still need qualification. Reviewer count, automations and maintenance ownership remain project choices; existing holds and working installations are unchanged.
