Foundation now documents the selected Notion skill route. The existing scoped connection reads and updates a skill's whole directory through the official Notion Skills API (Notion-Version 2026-03-11):

  • Back up the directory and compare version_id before an upload.
  • Reconcile the same object after an uncertain result.
  • Read back the version and the exact supporting-file bytes.

Notion renders the native SKILL.md, and version_id is not the package version. Current Lab status is corrected: the old baseline environments were retired, a native scheduled run "succeeded" means dispatched rather than completed, and model-API "No response" failures are recorded without an established cause.

The canonical Notion editions of factory-agent-ops and factory-foundation were uploaded through the Skills API before this export, and their supporting files read back byte-identical (PR #109). Two fresh Opus 5.5 High/Fast-off reviewers accepted the exact candidate. Checks: 9 skills / 0 errors, 16 tests passed, complete agent-ops and foundation staging.

This is a package release, not an installation. Unattended intake, clean stop, boot/login, updates and new-VM GUI restore remain open in #32, #34, #83 and #80.
