musl (Alpine) Linux support

Two new CPU-only prebuilt platform packages: @arcships/light-ocr-linux-x64-musl and @arcships/light-ocr-linux-arm64-musl (eight platform packages total). Alpine hosts install a working engine directly. The musl ONNX Runtime 1.22.0 libraries are built from source, packaged in the NuGet layout, and pinned by SHA-256 in musl-runtime-1.22.0.

Relaxed Node engines

engines.node is now >=22.0.0 in every package. The stable Node-API ABI lets newer Node majors (including 26) load the same prebuilt binaries without a library release; this also unblocks Yarn installs. Tier 1 stays on the 22/24 LTS lines.

Closure

Small/native 0.5.8 (latest), runtime 0.1.8 (latest), Document 0.1.4 (next), Tiny/Medium 0.1.7 (next). Resolves #62.
