Moved existing Arduino "DS1631" library from "SV-Zanshin" to "Zanduino"

Moved the repository from "https://github.com/SV-Zanshin/DS1631" to "https://github.com/Zanduino/DS1631"
and updated the "library.properties" file to reflect the new location as well as bumped the version number.
