Error on Mac OS command

The wiki page 'Building Arduino' has a command
$ brew cask install adoptopenjdk8
Error: Unknown command: cask

I think it can be fix by brew install or brew install --cask instead of brew cask install

It's best to have only a single issue per subject so we can consolidate all relevant discussion to one place, so I'll go ahead and close this in favor of the other.
