[Library Manager] Request to add NintendoExtensionCtrl Library

Hello! Please add the NintendoExtensionCtrl library to the libraries manager. It's a library for talking to Nintendo extension controllers (Nunchuk, Wii Classic Controller, etc.) over I²C. Thank you!
