I've added the library but there is a problem:

the URL field could not be empty: https://github.com/sparkfun/SparkFun_SHTC3_Arduino_Library/blob/master/library.properties#L8

please fix by:

1. Adding a url to library.properties
2. Commit and push
3. Redo the last release tag

once done the library will be automatically published within an hour.
