[Library Manager] Please add Tasks library #9393

Hello :)
Can you please add my Tasks library (https://github.com/kcl93/Tasks) to the library manager? Thanks! It uses free Interrupts from Timer0 to enable preemtive scheduling of tasks and works on both ATmega based boards as well as the Arduino Due.
