Removes:

• My sketch compiles but does not upload or the upload button is grayed out
• I can upload a sketch but the IDE serial monitor does not open (Windows)

Updates:

• Where is the activation code for my kit? to include a link to Register an Arduino Education Kit
• Download and install Arduino IDE (Adds a “Double-click the .exe file” step for the Windows instructions and instructions on where to find the downloaded file)
• Explain how to open an example in My sketch uploads but does not work as expected.
• Find replacement components for your Arduino Education kit (drop “Education” from the title, Mention the Projects Book from the Starter Kit)
• Fix port access on Linux
  (Handle “if no ports are found case”, adds contact us section)
