Summary

argoproject should archive and make https://github.com/argoproj/applicationset readonly. also probably handle hanging issues/pull-requests by either moving it to the main repo or closing and mentioning that issue was moved to main repo

Motivation

I and other people miss that applicationset repo is deprecated and moved to the main repo and continue activity in it

Proposal

handle hanging issues/PRs and archive the repo, put a [deprecated] in the repo description. put a [DEPRECATED] banner on the docs website too or rather redirect to the new docs from the main repo
