Config file generation is realized from tmux-gitbar.tmux, in that way the checking of config file presence and its generation are both performed at tmux session creation, and not at each exection of the bash PROMPT_COMMAND
* unit-test: Remove check of existence of conf file * integration-test: do not need to restore tmgb conf file
