Fixed

  • Fixed authentication loop where Retry button never triggered keychain access prompt (#9)
  • Fixed first refresh after onboarding not prompting for keychain access

Root cause: The Retry button called refresh() without userInitiated: true, causing the canRefreshSilently() check to block the actual keychain access attempt.
