v0.4.2 — every package published by CI with provenance; no change to the packages

The package code is the same as 0.4.0 and 0.4.1. All 20 packages now trust
the release workflow, so this version of each — @sheetpane/tables,
review and compare included, whose 0.4.0 was published by hand — comes
from CI with signed provenance.

Before you upgrade from 0.4.1: nothing to change.
