Check the units of cooling_COP. The units are given as Btu/kWh and the default is 3.5, which seems like it's Btu/Wh.

After code review, if a correction is needed, please change the units so as to not disturb code that doesn't look at the units.

In the current develop, the unit is pu and the default is 3.5 pu which seems ok.
