Snapshot RAW fallback: when a live v2 page header can’t be parsed, snapshots prefer the frozen copy (index refresh + CRC), then fall back to live best‑effort.
Test: snapshot_reads_frozen_when_live_v2_header_unrecognized.
No on‑disk format changes.
