Create jekyll build

The current content gives a handle into where I'm going with A-L. For simplest operation, I think a static site generated from the extant markdown docs is reasonable. So a jekyll build script should be developed; this will be then pulled down by the articulate-lisp.com server, built and rsynced to the web location.

@yogthos - do you have a working jekyll install? my home Linux box is being rebuilt. :-(

I don't have jekll, remember I've not actually used CL in any serious capacity since I primarily use Clojure. :) If you get some stuff running though, I can follow along and let you know how it's working out. But I'm just too busy with my other projects to make a big commitment right now.

Do to some kind of hassle with the jekyll stuff, I've moved to using pandoc, although the server hosting articulate-lisp.com is being difficult. I was going to have the server poll github and rebuild the site on update.

sorted out the deploy by having a box on my desk do it. -.-
