@artooi/ag-ui-web-component0.41.1 (was 0.40.0) and floors
django-ag-ui>=0.63(was>=0.62). The two move together, because neither
is safe without the other. The component now runs on the AG-UI 1.0 client,
which deletes every field its schema does not declare, both from an event it
receives and from a request it sends. Two of the sidebar's fields were
exactly that: theoutcomethat settles a refused or declined tool call's
card as an error instead of done, and the refs to files a user attached,
which the next message carries to the server. django-ag-ui 0.63 moves both
into themetadatathe 1.0 schema does declare, and the vendored component
reads them there.Against an older server this bundle would render every refused tool call as
a success, and an attached file would never reach the agent -- the upload
succeeds, the chip shows, and the model is asked about a document it was
never given. The floor is what rules that pairing out.Nothing else is owed on upgrade. The component adds no host opt-in, and the
one API it deprecates,AgUiClient.annotatedMessages, is not called by this
package's scripts. A conversation stored before the upgrade keeps its tool
outcomes and attachment chips: the component reads the older top-level
fields as a fallback. The bundle every admin page loads is about a tenth larger than the one it
replaces rather than nearly half as large again: 1.0 made it import zod in a
way no bundler can tree-shake, which carried every locale zod has, and the
component's own build now resolves that before it is vendored here.
