Fixed

• A tool that opens another admin page now reads done once it has, instead
  of "not finished". Vendors @artooi/ag-ui-web-component 0.41.2 (was
  0.41.1). The navigating tools -- opening a changelist or a change form,
  applying a filter -- reload the page, and the sidebar on the landed page
  answers the call and carries on the run. The answer always reached the
  agent, but the call's card was never told: it spun through the rest of the
  run, and when the run ended it was marked "not finished" on the one call
  known to have finished.

• A tool call the server refused still reads as refused after a page load.
  Floors django-ag-ui>=0.64 (was >=0.63). A project that mounts a
  conversation store gets a thread index in the sidebar, and each page load
  then replays the server's copy of the conversation rather than the tab's.
  Before 0.64 that copy lost each call's outcome, so a refused call shown as
  an error came back from the next click as done. A project with no
  conversation store was not affected. Conversations stored before the server
  is upgraded are not rewritten, so a refused call in one of those still
  reloads as done.

  Nothing else is owed on upgrade. The component adds no host opt-in between
  the two pins, and both fixes are on the default path.
