As we identify issues with the phone app, help and resolutions will be posted here.
To report an issue, please open a ticket.
- Load app onto phone
- Open app and you should see a triangular "play" button in bottom third of the screen.
- Press the play/triangle button to start streaming.
- Once streaming starts, pressing the button again will stop it.
We are a lean operation and sometimes our stream does go down. If you cannot get audio from the phone app, try navigating to our site at https://artxfm.com and hit the play button on the page to see if the stream is working there.
