0.2.4

• The fatwa link in share, copy and citation now shows its Arabic letters instead of codes ("%D8%A7...").
• The app is ready for Qandil notifications (switched on later), and asks once for the notification permission on Android 13 and later.
• Better update download and install through the Shihab shared library.

• Update errors now carry a fixed code (such as QDL-050) to help support find the cause.
• "Clear downloaded data" is safer: it never overlaps a sync starting at the same moment, and open screens refresh at once.

• First signed release of Qandil for Android: the fatwa archive on your phone, readable offline.
• Downloaded from the Qandil site's app page, with automatic updates.
• The privacy policy link in About now opens the site's page.
