Publish to GitHub Releases and update devices over plain HTTPS Distribution: - `ramekin publish` creates a GitHub release per version (draft, upload, publish, so immutable releases work) with the encrypted image, SBOM and signed manifest; channel pointers are files on a branch (default ramekin-channels, created as an orphan; `releases.branch` may be main) - Devices fetch <url>/<channel>.json and the image over HTTPS from any host, so they hold no storage credentials; everything is still verified - promote, releases and watch read through the GitHub API; publish checks the repository exists, is writable and is public before doing any work - S3 support (store package, object lock, MinIO client) removed; device status reports go to an optional --status-url webhook instead of a bucket - Seen serials are tracked per channel, so switching channels never skips a release; older state is migrated Devices: - `device set --updates on|off` and `--update-url` - gokrazy Packages are exactly ramekind and gk-lockscreen; the kernel comes from KernelPackage (a kernel or kernel.<name> repository, or gok's default). device init and device update remove anything else. README: a Hello World quick start with nginx (ramekin-simple-example), the TodoMVC walkthrough as an "Advanced Example" (ramekin-advanced-example), GitHub Releases setup, and the device package policy.
