fix: option to re-initialize the SDK on the fly is not exposed

Description

ATM, there is a reInitialize (previously updateConfig), in the clients, but its not exposed from high level @asgardeo/react & @asgardeo/nextjs APIs.

Try to re-initialize the SDK
