RepArc v0.5.1
A tidier exercise library with realistic body icons.
- Body parts first: Workout → Exercises opens on cards for Chest, Back, Shoulders, Arms, Legs, Glutes, and Core, each with a realistic muscle picture.
- Then the muscle: tap Arms to see three cards: Biceps, Triceps, and Forearms. Tap one to see only its exercises.
- Organised lists: each muscle starts with the best moves, then groups such as triceps long head, then stretches. Long groups show four moves until you tap Show more.
- One simple filter: All, Gym, or Home, in place of ten equipment chips. Your choice stays while the app is open, in search, Add exercise, and Swap too.
- Clear highlights: every icon shows the anatomy in grey and lights only the muscle it is about.
- 3D body: the turnable body is now on its own page, from the 3D body card.
RepArc v0.5.1 (beta). Tested by automated checks; real-device testing is ongoing.
Android: download reparc-android.apk on the phone and open it (Android 8+; Health Connect needs Android 9+). It works on every phone. The smaller reparc-android-arm64-v8a.apk fits most phones made since 2017, and the app's own update picks the right one for you.
iPhone: reparc-ios-unsigned.ipa is not from the App Store. Install it with AltStore or Sideloadly using your own Apple ID (iOS 15+). A free Apple ID must refresh it every 7 days.
AI connections: Me → AI connections. Wi-Fi mode for AI apps on your computer, or the owner's online gateway.
Check downloads against SHA256SUMS.txt. The app tells you when a new version is out (Me → App updates); your phone's installer does the install.
RepArc v0.5.0
Runs, walks, and rides with GPS.
- Record with GPS: Workout → Run, Walk, or Ride. See your time, distance, pace (speed on a ride), and your route as you go. Put the phone in your pocket: recording goes on with the screen off, and a notification shows while it records.
- Precise distance: RepArc drops weak GPS fixes and GPS jumps, smooths the zig-zag that GPS adds, and does not count standing still. Moving time leaves out stops at lights.
- Pause and resume: GPS turns off while paused, and no distance is counted across a pause.
- After each activity: distance, average pace or speed, moving and total time, climb, top speed, and splits for each km or mile. Runs, walks, and rides show in History with your workouts.
- Health apps: with Write → Workouts on, each run, walk, or ride is saved to Health Connect or Apple Health as that activity.
- No steps in vehicles: Live steps stops counting while your phone says you are in a car, bus, or auto, or on a bike, so road bumps are not counted as steps.
- Private: routes stay on your phone. RepArc asks for location only while you use it, never "all the time".

RepArc v0.4.17
Precise steps, distance, and live step counting.
- Exact daily totals: steps and active energy now come from Health Connect's or Apple Health's own daily totals. When your phone and your watch both count the same walk, it is counted once, and a walk across midnight is split between the two days. Before, active energy could count a watch and a phone twice.
- Distance: a new switch in Me → Health apps reads how far you walked and ran. Home shows today's distance under your steps.
- Live steps: turn it on in Me → Health apps, and today's steps count up as you walk while RepArc is open, with your phone's step sensor. It needs the Physical activity permission (Motion & Fitness on iPhone). Nothing from the sensor is saved or sent.
- Steps in Analytics: Analytics → Workout shows your steps a day and distance for the last 7, 30, or 90 days. A day with no data is a gap, never zero.
- Always fresh: today's numbers update on their own and when you come back to the app.

RepArc v0.4.16
A faster app, most of all once you have months of workouts.
- History and records: the workout history and your best lifts now load about 15 to 25 times faster with a long history. Before, every set you logged in a live workout made the app re-read every set you had ever done.
- New record check: when you finish a workout, the "new best" check now runs in a moment instead of reading your whole history first.
- Exercise search: each letter you type in exercise search is about 10 times faster.
- No wait on first open: the exercise list, the food list, and the body map load in the background just after the app opens, so those screens open without a spinner.
- Database: indexes on workouts, sets, and meals keep date ranges and lookups quick as your records grow.
Nothing about your data changes: no records are moved or rewritten.

RepArc v0.4.15
Recent foods, and small fixes on the live workout.
- Recent foods: Add food now lists the last six foods you logged before you search. One tap fills in the food and the amount you had last time.
- Exercise count: the finish sheet counts exercises the same way as the plan and History, without warm-up moves. A plan of 7 exercises no longer says 12 when you finish.
- Workout clock: between sets the clock is labelled "Workout", not "Ready", because it shows the time since you started.
- Ring clock: the moving dot no longer sits on top of the start of the ring for the first seconds of a set or rest.

RepArc v0.4.14
Faster in-app updates and the right food country.
- Faster updates: the download screen updates its progress a few times a second instead of for every piece of the file, and the file check runs in the background. The download no longer competes with the screen.
- Food country: on Android the app now reads your mobile network's country, so a phone in India set to English (United States) still shows Indian foods first. Me → Body and goals → Foods from shows what your phone said.
- Welcome: "Get your plan" now greets only new users, not someone who already has workouts.

RepArc v0.4.13
Indian foods, new bests, and a streak that forgives a missed day.
- Indian foods: 87 foods such as roti, paratha, idli, dosa, poha, dal, rajma, chole, biryani, paneer, curd, and chai, with katori, roti, and piece sizes in one tap. Your country's foods come first (Me → Body and goals → Foods from). Values are from USDA; dishes USDA does not have are marked as estimates.
- New best: after a workout that beats an earlier best, a card shows your new best. Tap Share to send it as an image.
- Weekly streak: Home shows how many weeks in a row you trained. One missed plan day a week is forgiven.
- One-tap sets: tick an empty set to save the weight and reps shown.
- Same as the day before: on an empty meal day, copy yesterday's foods as planned, with Undo.
- First time on an exercise: its card shows how to set up and a "Machine taken? Swap" button. This text is not yet checked by a coach.

RepArc v0.4.12
A guided start for new users and plainer words everywhere.
- Get your plan in 20 seconds: new users answer three questions (goal, level, days a week) and get a plan and their first workout. You can skip it.
- Plain words: "Stop when 3 more would be hard" instead of "3 reps left", "Add reps, then add weight", "Total lifted", "Hard sets", and "Coach mode". Warm-up sets show a flame.
- Ramp-up sets show a weight: "8 reps · 30 kg" instead of "8 reps at 50%".
- No more rows of zeros: Analytics says what will appear after your first workout.
- One plan count: Home counts plan days from the day your plan started, the same as Analytics.
- Me starts with your plan. AI connections moved to Advanced.
- Large text and screen readers: food targets on Home are no longer cut off, the Targets button on Meal is no longer covered, and each weight and reps box says which set it is for.

RepArc v0.4.11
Safer set logging, a privacy policy, and the first Google Play build.
- Typed weights are kept: when a set ends on its timer, a weight or rep count you typed is saved, never cleared.
- No accidental taps: when Skip rest turns into Set done (or back), a tap in the first moment after the change is ignored, so one late tap can't tick the next set empty or skip your rest.
- Privacy policy: Me → Privacy now links to the full policy on our website.
- Licence: RepArc is now closed source. Me → Licenses keeps the notices for the fonts, icons, photos, and body model.
- Google Play: each release now also makes a Google Play version, which gets its updates from Play. This test version keeps its in-app updates.

RepArc v0.4.10
Updates that always get the newest version, and keep going when you leave the screen.
- Newest version: Download and install now checks for the latest release first, so you never get a version that is already out of date.
- Keeps going: the download no longer stops or restarts when you go back or switch tabs. Come back to App updates to see its progress.
- Open installer again: if you close Android's installer, tap Open installer. It uses the file already downloaded and checked, with no new download.
- Opening: the logo and RepArc name now sit in the exact middle of the screen.
