- #320 - `ParserErrorSink` -> `ErrorSink` - move `ErrorSink`, `RazorError`, and `SourceLocation` to root namespace - move `RazorErrorTest` and `SourceLocationTest` to root test namespace
- automated pass then restore any `using`s the compiler needs - in a couple of cases, make `using` conditional
