Update metadata retrieval patterns #26
Description
The older ADFS uses one pattern to download the metadata synchronously in the constructor. The newer WsFed middleware uses an updated ConfigurationManager to download and refresh the metadata during requests. When porting from Katana, update the ADFS middleware to use the new ConfigurationManager.
