  • Remove Base64TextEncoder, Base64UrlTextEncoder, ITextEncoder.
  • Remove TextEncodings
  • Remove DataSerializers. Move its defaults to the one place where they're used.
  • SecureDataFormat<TData> ctor: remove ITextEncoder parameter
