Documentation patch

The README shipped with 0.25.0 did not list the comparative analysis under
Documentation; it does now, so the npm page carries the link. Around it,
repository-only changes since 0.25.0: docs/comparative-analysis.md
version 1.6 states that the engine side is complete for every row of its
matrix and points its roadmap at the three adaptive-learner issues (#3108
pin, #3109 variables consumer half, #3110 hotspot, Parsons and ordering
adoption) instead of quarters; the version-claims gate now also checks
the package version the analysis names (seeded RED first); CONTRIBUTING
publishes to npm before creating the GitHub release, so the release-parity
workflow no longer reports a false red while npm propagates. No code, no
schema change.
