Agent context with less noise

• New summarize_request_family MCP tool: compact metadata-only request context, observed signals and returned-event counts, with capture-quality warnings and configured limits preserved.
• Fix handoff copying now works from dynamically loaded event details, falls back when the Clipboard API is unavailable or denied, and offers a masked preview.
• Signal capture is now opt-in, reducing framework lifecycle noise in the default event feed.

Upgrade Notes

Install with python -m pip install --upgrade "django-orbit[mcp]==0.14.0".

If you intentionally capture Django signals, set ORBIT_CONFIG["RECORD_SIGNALS"] = True. Common ORM lifecycle signals remain ignored unless IGNORE_SIGNALS is overridden. Existing stored events are not deleted.

The new summary never includes raw payloads, messages or SQL, even when payload inclusion is enabled elsewhere. It reports observations, not a root-cause diagnosis.

Known Issue

Keep command recording enabled when running migrations. A fresh-install check found that RECORD_COMMANDS=False can bypass migration recording suspension while model recording remains enabled. Tracked in #72. The default configuration passed migrations, request/query capture, dashboard/stats/health rendering and an MCP summary call from a clean PyPI installation.

Verification

• 369 Python tests passed; 1 existing transaction-test skip.
• 13 JavaScript interaction tests passed, including clipboard rejection and fallback behavior.
• Python 3.9 / Django 4.2, Python 3.10 / Django 4.2, and Python 3.12 / Django 5.0 CI passed.
• Package build, Twine validation, dependency audit, metadata checks and strict documentation build passed.
