Since React Async can control scheduling, let's build some DevTools to give developers control over it. This will greatly help in developing the various UI states.

Features:

• Promise log
• Add latency
• Pause new promises & continue later
• Replay promises
• Jump to underlying request in network tab (Chrome DevTools)
