Performance Improvements

These numbers were based on the Athens team remote graph:

• Loading our shared graph went down from 26s to 7s
• Reconnecting to graphs sometimes took up to 2m, now 7s
• Creating a new block on a large page went down from 371ms to 32ms
• Pasting 20 blocks would take 2s, now less than 500ms
