This change was introduced in #155 to order to make debugging startup issues easier. It looks like on some systems pyls frequently errors, introducing many errors. I reverted this change and published a new version.

In any case this error shouldn't be there and needs a fix on the language server side. Could you post a screenshot of the developer tools in atom when this warning gets thrown?

i use atom at last beta version on linux (debian 9) installed in a virtual machine.
