Added

• -v / --verbose: progress while a workbook is analysed, including per-sheet
  progress through the long phases and the same timings even without the
  optional rich dependency.
• --dry-run: the workbook's declared sheets, sizes, linked workbooks, and the
  ceilings that would apply, then stops before the full analysis.

Fixed

• A fallback from the fast reader to openpyxl no longer happens silently: a
  verbose run now says that it switched reader and names the exception that
  caused it.
