The viewer says plainly when it has no sheet screenshots. The Visual
preview tab used to disappear entirely when a report was built without --screenshots (flag not passed, or LibreOffice unavailable). It now shows a
short explanation and the exact command that produces the screenshots, so the
feature is discoverable instead of silently absent.
linexcel analyze --rich prints the end-of-run summary as a table of
nodes by kind. Opt-in; it degrades to the plain one-line summary when the
optional progress extra is not installed, and it writes to stderr only, so
the HTML/JSON report is byte-identical with or without it.
English recommendations at the end of a run. When a multi-sheet report
has no screenshots, the CLI suggests rerunning with --screenshots DIR; when
a workbook reads another file it was not given, it points to --refs-dir DIR.
A failed screenshot render is reported, not silent. If --screenshots
was requested but LibreOffice or pdftoppm is missing (or fails), the reason
and the fix are printed, and the report is still written without screenshots.
Fixed
The screenshots pane is no longer double-rendered when a Cytoscape-less
report still carries screenshots.setupScreenshots now runs before the
Cytoscape guard and is idempotent, so every report keeps its visual preview
(or its stated absence) exactly once.
Changed
The graph toolbar floats above the canvas again. The sheet picker and
layout controls are no longer captured by the Cytoscape layer underneath, so
the sheet dropdown is clickable instead of dragging the graph.
