Drone is free and open-source continuous delivery platform that automates your testing and release workflow. It is lightweight, stupidly simple, free & Docker based. When we first met with Drone, it took us few days to adopt it for our products, play around and deploy to production. This repository aims to save your time from few days to few hours to get started. Last year we also written a blog post about some details of our CI process. Please, be aware that the blog post was written for version 0.5, while the current version is 1.2.1 and a lot of things have changed.
- 👌 Local setup with a single command.
- ️⚡️️ Production deployment automation behind Nginx proxy with optional SSL support.
- Setup github oauth application — this is required for both local and production environments.
- Setup Drone on local machine. This is a good way to get started with drone.
- Deploy to production.
A real word Drone usage example is available here.
