Update typescript `.d.ts` file to any chaining order.

From #866. The .d.ts file restricts which order you can chain methods. It can be loosened to allow any ordering.

At the moment we should add every possible order to index.d.ts. If we would really fix this, we should write a script that generates the definition file.
