• Pointer-targeted wheel scrolling for the list, metadata and body; pinned muted notices and accented metadata values.
• gg jumps to the first loaded message; G / Shift+g jumps to the last currently loaded message without fetching another page. Late pagination responses cannot override explicit jumps.

Important upgrade notice

This is a behavior change from v0.5.1. Missing team policy defaults to on; Claude roles without scoped Hooks and valid new-session initialization will defer notifications. Legacy per-role policy files are retained but no longer control dispatch; use claude-guard --team enable|disable|status instead of role enable/disable.

Publishing or installing the CLI does not upgrade a running worker, install Hooks, restart agents or enable production protection. Review the migration and recovery guide before upgrading. Team settings require both UI and worker support for v0.6.0. A deliberately staged team-off rollout is an explicit deployment choice, not an automatic migration default.

Configured valid Hooks continue recording when interception is off; Herdr blocked still prevents dispatch. No question or answer body is recorded. Missing completion never fabricates an end time or unlocks by timeout. Event history is append-only without automatic rotation; event and state files are not one transaction.

Validation and limits

Independent local review and Ubuntu/macOS PR CI passed, including Go race, 39 Python/PTY tests, dependency and sqlc consistency checks. Real Claude/Herdr end-to-end validation of this team-policy implementation and physical-mouse/manual terminal acceptance remain incomplete. This is an additional AskUserQuestion defense, not a guarantee against every race or every interactive dialog.

Metadata hard-wraps at cell boundaries, so words may break mid-word; terminal-native text selection may require a bypass modifier while mouse reporting is enabled. No queue DB migration, new dependency or TCP listener is introduced. Release artifacts and their checksums are provided below; non-native binaries are not claimed to have been executed on this machine.

發布、安裝 CLI、替換運行中的 worker 與 Hooks 接線是不同操作。本版不自動修改 Claude 設定、安裝全域 Hooks、重啟座位或切換正式服務。請先查核既有 pending／session 資料，在隔離環境驗證真實新會話；尚未準備完成的團隊須明確安排過渡政策，不刪證據或偽造 ready。

關閉攔截不繞過 Herdr blocked，缺少完成事件不偽造結束／耗時，也不以逾時解鎖；不記錄問題或答案本文。持久事件日誌無自動輪替，與 state 並非跨檔交易。

驗證與限制

功能與版本提交已通過獨立本地及 Ubuntu／macOS PR CI，涵蓋 Go race、39 項 Python／PTY、依賴與 sqlc 一致性。真實 Claude／Herdr 團隊政策問答端對端、實體滑鼠及各終端手動畫面仍未完成，不因發布成功宣稱正式環境已升級或防護已生效。

• 固定上方歷史列表與下方詳細資料／本文區，下方採 40%／60% 配置；窄終端改用卡片呈現，最低支援 20×10，兩個詳細區可獨立翻頁。

驗證與已知限制

• 本地獨立審核、Ubuntu／macOS CI、sqlc 再現及 race 測試通過；包含 36 項 Python 測試與 10 項 PTY 測試。
• Latte 標題使用一般文字色，對比為 5.17:1。
• 窄矮終端的說明內容可捲動，但沒有捲動提示；說明開啟時外部底欄留白，部分刷新／設定回饋需關閉說明後查看，背景刷新仍持續。
• 真機終端／IME、部分早期未保存回歸腳本與 Shift+/ 實際編碼尚未完整驗證；部分極窄畫面的提示可能縮短。

• Add English and Traditional Chinese native CLI help and diagnostics. Select --lang en, --lang zh-TW, or --lang auto before the subcommand, or set HERDR_RELAY_LANG.
• Automatically select a supported display language from LC_ALL, LC_MESSAGES, or LANG; unsupported or absent system locales fall back to English. Explicit unsupported choices fail instead of silently falling back.
• Replace the AI batch header, independence/authorization reminder, and message boundaries with concise, fixed English. Preserve original message bodies, complete IDs, role identities, FIFO order, and rendered byte limits.
• Include bilingual documentation and the optional stable-role wrapper example.

Compatibility

Successful command output remains machine-readable JSON. API fields, state values, original bodies, and raw API error evidence are unchanged. Language selection is per CLI invocation; it does not change service registration, restart a worker, or resume a paused queue. External OS/Go/Herdr diagnostics and the optional Bash wrapper's own messages are not translated.

Delivery semantics are unchanged: accepted means durably stored, and submitted is not a read or task-acceptance receipt. This release does not add end-to-end receipts or change interactive-form detection.

Four checksummed binaries are provided for macOS/Linux on arm64/amd64. Installation does not require Go.

Updating the native CLI alone does not replace a healthy running worker. Apply the new envelope through an operator-controlled worker upgrade. A restart can leave an in-flight batch uncertain; inspect before retrying rather than blindly replaying messages.

Linux native systemd user-session startup/shutdown remains unverified; cross-compilation and CI do not replace that validation.
